Horribly rude on the phone when I called with beginner questions about how their service works: This was one of my very first phone calls about this type of service, and the man on the phone seemed very defensive when I couldn't immediately give him the size of the power wheelchair to be transported. When I tried to explain that I could certainly give him the measurements and that I was new to this process, HE HUNG UP ON ME! Now, looking at the other bad reviews, I'm glad he hung up on me. This company is great. Ruben provided immediate transportation for my wheelchair bound husband. He actually came himself since his drivers were busy. He is polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this company enough. Even the cost was very reasonable. I am providing this review under no obligation. I just can’t imagine another company that can exceed Reliable Medical Transportation.
Very disappointed in this company spoke to a gentleman named Ruben was trying to explain the situation with my elderly parent and in needs of services and how to go about it and he abruptly cut me off and said do you need my services or not? I’m in the middle of something… How disgusting that someone cannot take the Time to answer questions and explain. Definitely would not use this company due to the fact of their customer. Service is awful. Obviously They don’t need Any business.

We set up transport for my elderly mother from rehab to home. Because it was Sunday, this was the ONLY company available. No driver was available so the owner, Rueben, came to pick up my mom himself. We were ready to wheel her outside, but my mother had a medical episode and had to go to the ER. We went to pay Rueben for his time and travel, but he insisted that he would not take any money.
