RecommendedThe water heater broke on my 30-year old rig. Tom at Reliable RV came out and diagnosed the problem: the manufacturer no longer makes the broken part. Instead of telling me I had to get a whole new water heater, he found a way to modify a similar part to fit my heater. Tom fixed my heater, charged a reasonable fee and was very professional with a good sense of humor.
Babies don’t come with care instructions but RV’s should and ours didn’t, at least not much. I’ve attained so much useful information from Tom & his wife about headache dodging care for our trailer. They’re a valuable RV resource in the Grass Valley/ Nevada City area. Don’t let the small storefront fool you, if they don’t have; 10 to 1 they can get and it’s a heck of a lot easier than having to make a trip to the valley. They have my strong recommendation and business.
