They are so extremely helpful.they take the time to explain how to fix stuff on my r.v. myself.i don't always have money to have them come out to the house, and they're understanding about that and not trying to make money off someone in a tight situation.they even pull up diagrams on the computer to show me where parts are and how to put them in.most businesses won't take the time to do that.other places make it all about how much they can make off a person. off .even the cost of ... read more
Man can't say enough about these people. Called day before a pass through. Set a time pulled in and had me gone in less than a hour. He could have really taken advantage of situation for the problem we had. But they didn't, showed me a fix for our hitch he didn't have a part for. Really appreciate people like that. Thanks
We were traveling through Susanville and had an issue with one of our slides. He took time to help get it adjusted and back in. Unfortunately, it needed parts he didn't have and we couldn't wait on them, but he got us where we could travel with it and didn't take advantage by charging us an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this business
