Absolutley terrible business. I had a leaky holding tank that they repaired 3 months earlier. The cause of the problem was a broken drain pipe. They admitted to not fixing the pipe the first time around and i was told they would stand behind there work and make it right. They came and replaced the pipe when i was not home and then sent me a bill 3 months later. I called and asked why and never got a return call. Then i got a another bill with an intent to file lein on my home. Im getting an attorney they will not rip me off.... read more

I spent over 1400 dollars for a trap removal- cleanout addition and all I have now is a cracked sewerline, no guarantee for two cleanouts totaling 500 dollars, and my sewer is backing up 10 weeks later. I would hope they would at least honor their guarantee. I am very very upset.
Great work! I would hire them again anytime. They did a great bathroom remodel for me and Im very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.
I had a simple service call scheduled. They gave me a 2 hour window. No show. So I called and Dick the dispatch guy who at first assumed I was another person - which clearly he had also screwed up on servicing because the first thing he said was I was supposed to call him to confirm - you are Diane right? (No, I am not Diane), then he made an excuse that the techs were running late. OK, so why didnt they CALL me? We rescheduled for the next day 9am. At 9:15, no show again.
