Absolute rubbish organisation. Used them initially to simply clean gutters. Second callout was for them to re-align/re-hang guttering to solve water leaking into - and damaging - the gyprock ceiling. Asked them to come on a day when I would be there so that I could explain the issues, and the consequent damage. I gave them a some suitable dates, and they showed up when I wasn't there. I had a hopeless time trying to get them to the job first contact most pleasant sent them a email of a report was told could be 3 weeks at the expiration of 3 weeks follow up with them and the lady said lost my information so started again to try and have them attend with no luck I appreciate them being busy but not very professional this all started on the 14/5 now I have finally given up and moved on
