Great quote did not over bid compared to the other quotes I received. Joe was not pushy at all and let it be my decision. I got a lot of options and was not pushed to buy the most expensive package. I had phone calls to let me know when they were installing, ask how it was going, checking to make sure I was happy at the end. Family Businesses are the way to go. Thank you for such a great experience and Beautiful Roof and Siding!! My house looks brand new!!
We had a very good experience working with Joe and Reliable Roofing. From the beginning they were prompt at returning calls and doing what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. We got estimates from 4 different companies and they were a clear choice for us.
When our roof of 25 years started leaking, we called 6-8 different roofing companies to get estimates. Reliable Roofing & Exteriors, LLC called us back right away to set up an appointment for an estimate. The lady on the phone was polite and friendly, the men who came out to do the estimate were also very professional and knew their business. We were very pleased with Joe, Craig and the rest of the team at Reliable Roofing and Exteriors. We recently had a new roof installed that included removing two previous layers of shingle. The estimate was very thorough, honest and completely low pressure. Joe described, in detail, how we best address some of the problem areas.
