I tried calling this number, which is included in the Houston address, and the woman who answered said that they were in CA and did not do business in TX. If you are in TX and need a number, this is not the one!
Come to find out that Reliable Roofing never paid the contractor... Found out we were royally ripped off. Just run and keep on running. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
We had our roof replace by reliable roofing, and now we have leaks. We’ve called them repeatedly to come back and fix the issue. It’s actually raining in my living room. It’s been weeks since we started calling them. Still no one has come to look at it. All we get are excuses or they say it’s their busy season so we just have to wait. 30k+ and our house is worse off than before they did the work.

A rep came out to look at our roof on October 31st. He gave us a quote and was very knowledgeable and professional. We were told a detailed email would be sent out, which we never received. I called a few days later to follow up and the supervisor, Chant Ramos would not honor the original quote the rep gave us. He was very brash and unprofessional when explaining why.
