During my initial consultation, Chris was wonderful, he replaced 1/2 my roof that was damaged and did a great job. I called a year later to finish the other portion and replace gutters. He answered my call and discussed a day to come and provide a new estimate. After that initial call, Chris did not return my call or text messages. Sadly I would not recommend him again due to not being reliable.
I would never use Chris again! our roof was leaking and we hired Chris to replace the roof, after spending over 7,000 it is still leaking and Chris is not responding to text messages. He claimed 10 year warranty but that’s all BS, it’s been 8 months now. Now I have to pay another 2,000 for a competent pro to come and actually fix the roof and stop the leak.
Do not use Chris or you’ll spend $7,000 to repair a leaking roof and it will still leak after his job. Chris came to give me a quote and assured me he will fix everything and all his jobs have 10 year warranty so i went forward with his services. What is worst is that he doesn’t return text messages or calls. He claims there is 10 year warranty but good luck getting support as he doesn’t respond. I have to spend another $1,500 for a competent roofing professional to repair his job. Waste of money!
