I employed Mason from Reliable Roofing to fix a box gutter that was overflowing inside the house. The original gutter was poorly designed, so my goal was to take it out of commission and have the roof reshaped so water would flow to the outside instead of towards the centre of the roof. Our experience with Mason from Reliable Roofing Group replacing our gutters and down pipes was first class. Arrived as advised, completed the work and cleaned up afterwards to a high quality, on time and with no surprises.
Mason replaced some gutters and downpipes, together with rotted fascia. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I found him to be very responsive and generally easy to deal with. One negative was that my tenant reported that his team put junk in their rubbish bins so a downgrade to slightly less than 5 stars for that.
