This Gamestop location always knows what it's talking about and has great customer service.
Shopped at GameStop in the past because the employees new more about video games. Latest experience has ruined GameStop for me. Tried to return a charging dock I bought a while ago. Don't remember how long ago, but still had the original box with price tag on it. Employee looked at it asked if I had a rewards card I said no. Was then told that he couldn't return it, but he could give me $4 in trade on it. A product that never worked. I paid $25 for. And he offered $4 for it.
