I came in for a sleep apnea mask fitting and new machine setup, but the appointment never took place due to the experience at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was rude, dismissive, and responded to simple questions with sarcasm. Because of the poor attitude and lack of professionalism, I left before the fitting could even happen.
