Very upset with this experience. I was referred here because of the location and confirmed the Springfield location with the representative. Then there was a delay for my insurance approval, it has taken 2 weeks to get resolved. When I called back finally to check on the status, they said they did not even put in my order to insurance yet!! Finally I received the email that I could place the order and I called again, they said there was a mix up and they were still waiting. Nowhere near perfect, but a massive improvement over companies like New England Home Medical. They consistently tell the truth about shipping times and actually make an effort to tell you when something goes wrong. At one point they made a shipment to the wrong address of mine, and their wait times are sometimes ~1/2 an hour, but that's not a huge deal honestly.

This company is repeatedly been up-to-date and fulfilling. On every order I make thank you.
Couldn't give less stars. They couldn't care less about the patient/client relationship. Robo calls about supply refills, after they've closed for the day and not at 5-7pm or over the weekend (alot of good that does the customer). Good luck trying to navigate their "automated system" either. They still yet to get a single order correct the first time. Prescribing Doctor even took the time to call them personally and reissued a new prescription to try fixing all their problems. That was weeks ago and still no call from the co... read more
