We had a wonderful experience working with James and everyone at Reliable Design on our basement remodel. From the beginning, James was very up-front and honest about the process, the challenges, and the cost before we even signed a contract. Once we started the process, it moved very quickly. My wife and I recently had an awesome experience with Reliable. They were professional, thorough, coutious and toke-on a scope of work that many contractors would not. The successful completion of the work required superior professional knowledge and skills. They also coompleted the work sooner than estimated.
Reliable Design did a wonderful job with the installation of our new windows. From the initial contact, to the quoting phase, to scheduling, and thru installation, James and his team were top notch. The communication and quality of work exceeded my expectations. Will def use these guys for any future home improvement needs.

Our family is very sensitive to mold, and unfortunately most modern showers are prone to mold growth due to poor design (many companies don't even use moisture barriers behind the shower tile / panels), the materials chosen being porous or inflexible so they crack over time and allow water penetration to reach the building materials behind the shower, or poor sealing of the joints and pan due to installer error.
