Quick and efficient at getting back to us and getting a quote on a big job
I was referred to this company by a former co-worker. I called to inquire about some updating I wanted to do in my home. The young woman I spoke with was quite rude and lacked customer service skills. I believe her name was Brandy. It's my understanding that this company does excellent work but they need better representation on the phone.
The remodeling my kitchen and part of the mud room... Nice guys and a definite improvement on the 1st set of lowes contractors... but very overpriced based on the end result... didn’t bother putting in the heat register below the kitchen sink just left a gaping hole... paint droplets everywhere on my granite and deck... screws sticking out of walls... pencil markings on all the cabinets from doing measurements... just subpar... I believe they are over worked but the customer shouldn’t pay for that... and the company has high... read more
