So glad we hired Reliable Remediation. From the get-go, Russ was an excellent communicator, quickly responsive, very upfront and honest. Russ was awesome and very thorough!!! My home is about 275 years old and he made the basement seem almost new again! He explained what he was going to do beforehand and then did a walk through afterwards to make sure I was happy. He was punctual, professional and extremely tidy. Not a scrap of anything was left behind. He also gave my dogs some belly rubs which they loved!! I highly recommend Russ and Reliable Remediation!!!
Russ and his company was recommended to us by Creative Construction when our roof leaked during heavy rains. Russ responded quickly to our call and came out same day. He provided a thorough inspection, removal of needed items and guidance on best how to approach. The subsequent follow-ups were just as professional. I highly recommend him and his company.
The Reliable Remediation crew was terrific! In addition to doing a great job cleaning my ventilation system, Russ provided some tips on how to use my HVAC system most effectively. Hot (cool?) tip: Don’t close your basement vents in the summer. That might seem smart since you don’t need the cool air, but you’ll end up with condensation. And that leads to mold!
An energy audit from CSC for Trinity Solar was halted because of suspect mold being found in the attic. As I needed to find a certified mold specialist to find out if this was the case, I found the reviews for Reliable Remediation were outstanding and they were a family run company fairly close to where I lived.
