Tom is an amazing man ....responsive...informative and always available for questions. I just had total knee replacement and the Therma zone knee wrap is a God send. I have it programmed for cooling 30 minutes on then 30 off....for my swelling. It works like a charm. He was recommended by my orthopedic and I'm glad he was....highly recommend his services.
