I think it’s ridiculous that they go through your belongings. I’m missing so many things on to of my garage door opener!!! According to the man that helped me, they don’t steal from THAT location!!! Ah, but I beg to differ!!! They need to change the business name to reliable thieves!!!
Don is rude, unprofessional, treats people like they are beneath him, has poor manners, was a smart ass, and probably needs to be fired!! No help whatsoever in the complaint department when they did damages to my property!!!
Absolute scum of the Earth. My car was repossed over a misunderstanding. I tried to pay it back, and retrieve it. they're not open on Saturday or Sunday. We'll still charge your storage for these days. My signature was forged on the release papers which is illegal. My driver's side door was bent so that I had to be replaced. When I called to complain I was told I was lying
