Absolute scum of the Earth. My car was repossed over a misunderstanding. I tried to pay it back, and retrieve it. they're not open on Saturday or Sunday. We'll still charge your storage for these days. My signature was forged on the release papers which is illegal. My driver's side door was bent so that I had to be replaced. When I called to complain I was told I was lying
Only open Tuesday and Thursday Have to make an appt. Got there early and still took an hour to get my car out Also when I got there it says they are open Monday thru Thursday so not sure really what the hours were or are
Trying to get an appointment there was terrible. By the time an appointment was finally made to retrieve personal belongings, the guy working was extremely unprofessional, returned only half of my belongings in trash bags. Some things were broken, stole at least $40 in cash. And never returned very valuable items/pictures from family members who had passed away.
If i could give this place a -5 i would. They went through my daughter stuff including her purse and took 40.00. The guy at the time to reclaim my daughters stuff was outside talking to family like seriously for over 10 min we had an appointment do your job not visit with family! Now they didnt get all the stuff from the trunk of said car but we had just gotten back from her girlfriends house from out of state she lost her mom and the stuff in the trunk was her beloved moms dalphins well over 500.00 worth!!
