Awful customer service. Guy answering the phone mumbles his introduction, I couldn’t even understand what he was saying at first. My father’s totaled motorcycle was towed by this company and they were telling us that there were no personal belongings to be picked up, he said this multiple times while on the phone with me. My brother-in-law went to check and there were two whole bags of personal belongings including- Harley Davidson leather coats and chaps, tools, sunglasses and multiple other things. Every time we called the person was very rude and mumbled. Was told there probably wasn’t anything worth collecting from a totaled motorcycle. Definitely was lead to believe it wasn’t worth our time coming to check. Went to double check for ourselves and found multiple leather Jackets, chaps, and other small items we definitely would have wanted. Can only imagine what their plan was to do with our uncollected items.
