I had several items stolen plus they swap the battery of my car with a cheap non working one if you have things missing 100% was them I call them several times and the only thing they say they are going to check and call back but they don’t they are thieves

I called this location on 12/2/22 at 3:36pm was told by office staff I could pick up the vehicle if I made it before 5 and they would work with me. I send my son to this location only to be told I was lying and the door shut in his face. I called again spoke with female office staff again and was told all calls were recorded I said great! can you listen to my call where I was told that I could come today and pick up my vehicle. Don't love that my van was repossessed and westlake my car lien holder is horrible and lies to their clients. I do however feel that this establishment is very professional and my belongings were safe with them. Glad it was them that took my car and not someone else.

Missing items? I wish! They stole the entire cluster out of my dashboard, broke my lock cylinder and completely damaged front and rear bumper. They slashed 2 of my tires. I'm currently having my insurance adjuster get the vehicle out. They refuse to provide their insurance company, so now it's time to play hardball. They didn't expect to mess with someone who's day job is to pursue things like this.

They tried repoing a car that was reported stolen they won’t tell me how they obtained the address to a property that one of there agents came on this property has nothing to do with anything requiring the car that was stolen it was stolen from a while different property a hour away so they are Technically, trespassing on Private property Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau they didn’t give me any vehicle repossession paperwork or anything
