They told me to make basements to keep my car on hold and to call back/come pick it up 2 days later. After 2 days I called and they had auctioned off my car.

Don't love that my van was repossessed and westlake my car lien holder is horrible and lies to their clients. I do however feel that this establishment is very professional and my belongings were safe with them. Glad it was them that took my car and not someone else.

I called this location on 12/2/22 at 3:36pm was told by office staff I could pick up the vehicle if I made it before 5 and they would work with me. I send my son to this location only to be told I was lying and the door shut in his face. I called again spoke with female office staff again and was told all calls were recorded I said great! can you listen to my call where I was told that I could come today and pick up my vehicle. They were very professional in helping us recover a vehicle. The vehicle was recovered within 24hours. The condition report was accurate and included good pictures. We had a small billing issue wich they very promptly resolved with no hassle. Each team member i spoke to was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They made my out of state repossession a painless process.
