I needed a simple garden fence, 6' high to keep out the deer, with a gate. I had a design, but Mark thought he knew better than I what I needed. Since he's the "expert," I went along. Mark said he would get me an estimate within a couple of days. Two weeks went by with no word from him, so I sent a note asking if I could expect an estimate soon.
