Owner Mike Hambly is worst person you can ever deal with. I tried reordering the same item I have purchased a month ago, and he tried charging me double the price. They wanted additional money for the art work which I already paid for when I purchased it the first time around. They were aware how urgent it was as I needed the items for a business trade show, pulling something like this few days before the show is just unfair. Please do your research before you end up in a situation like myself.

I love the service that I receive from Reliable Promotions! Rhonda takes such good care of me (sometimes I think she reads minds). This is not a company that you have to "babysit", when they say they are going to do something, it is on time and exactly how you ordered it!
