Reliable Pools is exactly what their name says, reliable. Great company, great group of people, and all together a solid company. Couldn’t ask for better people to help me navigate pool life! Water chemistry and navigating my equipment is not my strong suit but they really come through for me, always answering my questions, calling me back, and always patient. As a new pool owner they’ve made me feel more confident in such a big investment.
I had a horrible experience last year when I hired Reliable Pools to open my above ground pool. They only sent one man out who could not get the cover off by himself so he dumped all kinds of dirty water and organic materials into my pool. It took me a month to get the water balanced! Then he had a family emergency and had to leave (totally understandable) and said he’d be back the next day but he never returned and I ended up doing all of the rest of the procedures by myself. From the office staff, who are amazing with communication, too the field guys that are extremely knowledgeable about the pool industry. It’s a new build you’re looking for they do 95% of the work as self preformed. This provides excellent control of not only quality, but also helps keep schedules on track. Best customer service hands down! Kristin was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient as we navigated through my pool issues. Her attention to detail from the initial call for service to working with me on the billing end was above and beyond my expectations.
