Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Called at the end of April due to a leak in the line from my skimmer line to the pump and have been promised many times since then (attached) that they would be out next week etc...the last straw came today (July 17th) when they called at 3:00 pm saying they would be out at 4:00 pm...left an important meeting, raced home to be there, only to have them call at 4:11 saying they couldn't come because someone had a "pool cover emergency"...meanwhile Ive been without a skimmer for 3 month... read more
