Paul, Mark, Kenny, and the boys made our pool dreams come true in Granville within 6 weeks. Not only did they plan and build us a beautiful pool and surrounding area, but they were incredibly easy to work with. They are great, honest guys, and we have loved working with them!
We are new to owning a pool and learned very fast there is a true science to managing it!!! Thank goodness for Rick he took our green pool to clear in just a couple of days! Super nice guy and very good at explaining what is going on and what is going to happen. I would definitely recommend him!!!
Rick was amazing. He came over on his lunch to help diagnose my pool filter. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend him for any of your pool needs.
HORRIBLE. I’ve never left a negative review for any other company but feel compelled to do so to express to others that contacting this company is a complete waste of time. We began working with the Reliable Pool sales rep during the spring. He never got back to us when he said he would and we had to consistently follow-up with him to get responses, but we understood how busy he was so we were patient.
