Go to another plumber. Had a toilet leak. Took them 8 or 9 times to repair without leaking. For a 2009 build home its not like it was a old poor home. After paying the original $93.05 bill was still charged another $495.61 after the reworked the bill. I said I understand adding parts but not more labor payments for the 1st bill should been no added charges after that to guarantee work. Called 3 days in a row. Left messages never got a call back and it's now 3 weeks later and still no call. Horrible customer service!!

The quote I asked for and was originally given was 400.00 to replace 2 drains and install a faucet that I had to purchase. When the day came to do the job, the plumber only remembers quoting 1 drain and the faucet, even though he definitely looked at both drains. He brought (and installed) the wrong size parts and had to make several trips to get materials. Magically, the quoted price nearly doubled without as much as a warning until it was too late.
