I've had Reliable work on my furnaces and A/C's in the past with good results. This time they left me thinking I will go elsewhere in the future. They looked at my A/C unit and said it was empty, and would be cheaper to get a new unit. When they called back, they told me it would probably be cheaper to get it elsewhere. Go to another plumber. Had a toilet leak. Took them 8 or 9 times to repair without leaking. For a 2009 build home its not like it was a old poor home. After paying the original $93.05 bill was still charged another $495.61 after the reworked the bill. I said I understand adding parts but not more labor payments for the 1st bill should been no added charges after that to guarantee work. Called 3 days in a row. Left messages never got a call back and it's now 3 weeks later and still no call. Horrible customer service!!
