We have used Mike at Reliable Plumbing twice for unrelated issues: replace all our water cutoff valves and replaced facets and called again to add a safety cutoff valve for our gas fireplace. Both times he was cheaper than all the others I checked and did a wonderful job both times. Very professional, arrived in a timely manner, and a very nice and considerate person! Will definitely use again!
I call Reliable Plumbing and Mike answered the phone. I told him what was going on with the sewer, he told me he would be out at 4:00 and like clock work he was here. He made the repairs, fixed problem and now my sewer is not backed up anymore. Fast friendly and reliable. Great customer service
Reliable Plumbing really saved the day for me and my husband. We knew we had a leak because we had a high water bill and had JEA check the meter for us. We called another company in town who came by and told us the leak was under the house. I've used this business for over 2 years now, they're the only ones I'll call. They're professional, honest, and they do quality work. Mike came and installed our hot water heater, Mike and Chuck have both come at various times to repair or unclog pipes, and they recently installed our gas logs. We have always been very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.
I had a water leak that another company said was under my slab. Mike of Reliable Plumbing found the leak and it wasn’t under the slab! It cost a whole less money to fix and he did a great job! Thanks Mike!
