You should not deal with you’re customer like that or else mawawalan ng pinagtratrabahuan mo ng customer at mawalan k pa ng trabaho. I am thinking now to transfer to the other remittance centre. How could you get a lot of customer kung even just a single smile wala man lang. tsssk tsssk!
This is the 6th box delivered to my home. Kudos to Eva for her professional and excellent service.
Contact center is not answering the call I was on hold for 4 minutes and was on mute for another 4 minutes. I called to ask help why my box is still untraceable after they picked up last December 7. Will never use this cargo service again.
Disappointed with the driver's behavior and attitude. He don't have the right to tell me when and what to do with my box. And saying he will not come back just to pick-up my box
