Extremely disappointing customer service and misleading information regarding box pick-up scheduling. I called on August 7 and again on August 23 specifically to ask if there were specific pick-up dates and whether I needed to schedule ahead of time. I was repeatedly told “PICK UP EVERYDAY.” I also confirmed that someone needed to be available between 9 AM and 6 PM to sign the papers and hand over the box. Very disappointing first experience with Reliable Cargo. My cargo pickup was scheduled between 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. At 1:00 PM, I contacted customer service to follow up, and I was told that the driver had called me and I did not answer. However, I only had a registered LIKELY FRAUD number at 9am - which I did not know that was the driver. I explained that my scheduled pickup window was still not over, but instead of helping resolve the issue, they simply said it would be rescheduled. March 2, 2026 oras 7:40pm Bathurst and Wilson. I was so upset with the lady who accept our padala. Hindi kami pinaparespeto pero may respeto kaming humarap sa kanya. She’s rude in dealing with us. You should not deal with you’re customer like that or else mawawalan ng pinagtratrabahuan mo ng customer at mawalan k pa ng trabaho. I am thinking now to transfer to the other remittance centre. How could you get a lot of customer kung even just a single smile wala man lang. tsssk tsssk!
