Not RELIABLE.Send 3 boxes but one of the box is damage and stoled some stuffs on the damage area. I complain but NO action. I am a reliable customer but now NOT anymore.
difficult to get a hold of- nonetheless our boxes have arrived. it’s not easy to contact this business, with their phone numbers, either no one answers or they just dont have proper contact
Main office has good customer service. BUT Scarborough branch near civic center is not convenient and not easy accessible to customers. The staff lack of experience cannot explain the right location and direction to the customer. There is no parking close and the office on 2nd floor. Appreciate whoever selected the location for this type of business.
