All i know, I've been using this company since moved in here in Toronto. I never encounter any issues, alway on time.
This has to do with Elvira Bato and Ron Salamanca. Disgraceful customer service from Elvira and even worse customer service from Ron. I wired funds to the Philippines and was issued 7 receipts, 6 were in my name and I in someone else's name. I tried to resolve this matter with no resolution in the end. I would be very careful using this company. I will never use them again. They would not admit to their error. Terrible, disgusting survice.
My cousin recently received the box I sent last February’25 and I’m happy to know there was no breakage, the box was not tampered and delivered on time. I’m confident to use the same shipping company in future and I recommend it to our fellow Kababayan coz it’s RELIABLE and trustworthy.
