The name says it all, have purchased 2 vehicles from here and had the pleasure of dealing with Caleb Redmond both times and he made sure to accommodate to our needs and desires. Dealt with Simon, he's a bloody star. His knowledge and customer service was excellent: very friendly, professional, open and transparent. Made the whole purchase very seamless and speedy. Car is excellent - and even better: he waived the ORC and delivery. Would rate him 10 stars if I could, and he needs a raise for his efforts. Thanks RPM you guys are awesome
I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership to exercise extreme caution. In my experience, they were willing to sell vehicles with known issues and then attempted to shift the responsibility of repairs onto the customer's mechanical warranty rather than addressing the problems themselves. This is not the level of service or accountability I would expect from a reputable dealer. The workshop was equally disappointing.
