I used this company in 2021 to build a pergola at my residence and they did a great job. I worked with Nick at the time. This is a late post but well deserving. I definitely would recommend them.
Leo was an outstanding sales person! Super helpful, offering options and suggestions along the way. Danny and the installation team were very professional, cleaned up after themselves every day and involved me in minor decisions that need to be made as they installed. Such great guys! I wanted to get a porch for my new hot tub but limit any quote requests to 2 businesses. I live behind a shopping center, and there is a huge wall behind my home and lots of power lines. Reliable Shutters sents out a guy named Leo A. He checks the site out has immediate concerns about setbacks… and what does he do? Wow. We live in south Miami Dade County and had a hard time finding a company to add a sunroom to our patio area. I guess not a popular request in S. Florida. Luis came out to our home and heard our plan. He was very attentive, prompt and communicative each time we spoke. I believe he was fairly new to the company which caused some confusion when materials for the job were ordered.
