I wanted to get a porch for my new hot tub but limit any quote requests to 2 businesses. I live behind a shopping center, and there is a huge wall behind my home and lots of power lines. Reliable Shutters sents out a guy named Leo A. He checks the site out has immediate concerns about setbacks… and what does he do? Wow.
