This is the first year I’ve used United Rentals, I can’t say enough good things about this company.
Thank you for making a difficult situation so smooth for me. I had to cancel my order upon delivery because the weather dropped and I had to cancel my outdoor event plan for two days later. The delivery driver was very understanding and took the unit away. I didn’t have to call and my money was promptly refunded minus the delivery fee. I appreciate the way you guys do business and would rent it be future and recommend. Thank you!
