Pending garage panel replacement since contacting a Person#1 on July 7 2023. I was told that the item had been ordered on June 15 2023. After not hearing anything, I was told that I should speak to a Person#2. I communicated with him on August 20 2023 and September 21 2023, at which point it was made clear that nothing was ordered. I was then quoted a 16 weeks' replacement time... I heard nothing for months.
