Giving their best service to the city. At first the lady who answered the phone was polite, but I declined using their service. After a misunderstanding of a conversation , I spoke with head manager , Ms. DIana who is by far the best example of what a manager should do when handling issues with a potential client. Great information was given, ie: Mobile and office prices, different services they provide to elderly, disabled and veterans. They actually partner with as much of the community as they can. Second time using them and meet up at this location. It was very fast. Agent was waiting for me and in less 15 mins I as in and out . Couldn’t be more grateful and happy with their great service .
I needed a document to be prepared, notarized and apostille to be send to Jamaica and this lady did everyone and help me out a lot and all documents were accepted in Jamaica and saved me a lot of money. Great people.
