Great experience
I had a coupon for a 39.99 oil change plus wanted emissions. Charged my son 104.00 since he took in. I went back in the guy at counter states it's 39.99off oil change. I tell him coupon does not state 39.99 off. He tells me I've been here 4 yrs at that's what's he's done. I tell if that's the case my is my receipt is only showing 30.00 loyalty discount. Not 39.99. I finally had to speak to the manager.
Ramon in service did a great job making sure my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and had great communication throughout the process. He was polite and professional. Would recommend 10/10!
Lovee reliable nissan! they were fast in scheduling my Service appt when needed! they provided a lyft ride to and back... Honestly couldnt ask for better service
I left my vehicle on a Thursday and didn’t get it back until Monday, only to be told that it was a sensor and because the code turned off, the part that the car may have needed would no longer be covered under warranty. I still don’t understand why it wasn’t ordered at the beginning or why the sensor wasn’t changed when I left my car on Thursday to begin with.
