Oil changed. According to the reciept, all fluids checked and filled. Wind shield washer fluid empty. So basically the other fluids were probably not checked or filled, if you can not top something as simple as wind shield fluid. Will not be back!
Wild to see this place have over 4 stars on google when they have 1.9 on yelp. DO NOT GO HERE - total crooks. Would give 0 stars if I could! My car has been with Reliable for 8 weeks and they won't return my calls or give me written evidence as to why the repair I have already paid over $1600 for has not been completed. I purchased my new 2021 Nissan Rogue from the Reliable Nissan Sales department, and have strictly only taken it to the Reliable Nissan Service department for all maintenance and repairs. A few weeks ago, my vehicle was displaying warning lights on the dash and it was due for its routine maintenance. I made an appointment for my full synthetic oil change for 12 pm. There were NO other vehicles there when I arrived, the maintenance person was sitting waiting for people. I explained that I am deaf & then sat inside to wait. No one came to let me know when my car was finished. I kept getting up to check & finally noticed it in customer parking lot 2 hours after my arrival!! 2 Hours!!
