Reliable Movers moved us from Camillus to Tampa Florida two weeks ago. These guys are lightning fast and amazing. I was given a flat rate price which beat three others movers. They showed up on the right day five minutes early. My stuff in perfect condition. They answered my emails quickly and efficiently and put my worries at ease. The owner even answered the phone on a Sunday at ten at night when I was going to leave a message.

I gave Jen, the owners wife, NUMEROUS chances to replace and repair two porcelain birds that THEY BROKE during the move. This was in June...... I can't tell you how many times I got an email from her sayin " It's summer....everyone is busy". I'm not asking for THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS......all I want is fair replacement value of an item that is irreplaceable because of its age. My wife of 26 years decided that the kids were grown and wanted out. I got the divorce papers not knowing she wanted a divorce. This left the splitting of assets. She came in with her movers who trashed our home. They ripped my screen door off, scratched my hard wood floor in the dining room and banged the dresser down three walls in the hallway. Excellent service. I hired Reliable Movers at the last minute to move my home from Mattydale to Port Orange Florida as the mover I had booked backed out at the last minute stating they could not get enough shipments going that way. This left me 4 days to find a mover. Mike and his guys loaded me on a Tuesday and were at my door at 9am in Port Orange on Friday as I requested. I love Reliable Movers! They made my move go from terrible to terrific in a matter of a few hours. I hate moving, I delayed it as long as I could and when they arrived I really was not ready. I guess I got too caught up in the holiday activities and did not realize I had way more packing then I assumed. Excellent service. Family owned and very personable. I have used these people twice. Last year to move a small shipment to my Florida home and then to move me from my house to new condo on Logan Street three weeks ago. The owner is a little fast talking, and his cell phone never stops ringing but he lifts and moves furniture like a bull. The prices are right, and the service is impeccable.

I was looking for movers at the last minute. I found Reliable Movers off of craigslist. Their price was excellent, their service high quality and were able to fit me at my time and day. I highly recommend. AAAAAAA+++++

FAST AND PRICED RIGHT! I hired Reliable Movers to move me from Penn Yan to Brooklyn NY on 9/1/10. Mike and his crew showed up on time. They loaded the truck from my third floor apartment in record timing. Unloading me in Brooklyn same day to the sixth floor no problems. It was so hot but they kept pushing. Best movers I have ever had. Move 6 times so far. I have four dressers with clothing inside. The things must have weighed at least 300 lbs.
