Andy is very unreliable and doesn’t know what he is doing. Andy did a water pump and timing belt on one vehicle and didn’t tighten down the harmonic balancer therefore the motor is gone!!! Second we only had 1 key to this other car we had and he lost the key!! Needless to say we are out serious money and nothing to show for it!!! Please don’t trust Andy
Hired Andy on 8-5-24, had trouble getting a lugnut loose. Messed with that for hours, didnt use WD-40 to perhaps loosen it up. Instead, he gave up on it, promised he "would be back at sunrise", on 8-6-24, well, that never happened. Texted him before going to work, asking if he was sure he could do the work. No response from him for a couple hours, then I get from him via text that he was having car trouble and his car wouldnt start this morning,and that he would be here in a few minutes,but assured me he could do the job. Car wouldn't start, had an issue with the battery. Andy came and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!
