My grandmother worked with Daniel Avery, and he helped her with understanding her VA benefits receiving a customized wheelchair- he was very helpful and courteous, excellent service
Wheel chair was picked up in August I returned it Monday morning wheel chair wrong size young lady WC initials they never notify Medicare they kept billing Medicare finally 11/17/22 they answered the phone hopefully they stop charging Medicare for product not being delivered.
Very patient and helpful with a difficult situation.
This company is awsome!!!
