Almost killed by driver in blue van number 70. Cut us right off and almost caused an accident. Poor diving skills Time was 11:30 am on 7/9/2025.

We have used Reliable many times... ironically named because they are quite UNreliable in my experiences. Despite the drivers being kind and hard working, I think they are sadly overworked! EVERY time it seems that only one or two drivers are working, and that creates problems. We have waited and waited on several occasions for the transport to arrive, for both pick up and drop off. My Mom is not able to stay out more than two hours or so at a time and so it is important for timely pickup, this last time they were OVER AN HO... read more
Always on time and very kind and dependable
Very unprofessional. Failed to confirm pick ups in advance. Literally told me my phone was going to voicemail when reaching out for confirmation while speaking to after calling. You can't make this up! If you're medical ride is scheduled with them please reconsider and schedule with an alternative company. I missed my first appointment as a new patient dealing with their unprofessionalism.
