Giving one star due to the phone number published is never working even the text I received that say to call their number for help if having problems using the machine doesn’t work. I’ve been trying to order a mask due to mine being broken.

I’m giving them 2 stars for a particular reason. Up until this point they have been great. It took a lot of running around to get my machine( not their fault my insurance fault). The lady I spoke to was nice and told me how much I would have to pay and all that. However that was about 3 or 4 months ago with no bill. The lady told me last time I spoke I can be on a payment plan if I didn’t have the money ( I did at the time but life you know). Horrid customer service. I often spoke to a young woman who had a terrible attitude. I know teenagers who were more respectful. Every month was a bad experience. No wonder they closed down.
