Sarah was kind and knowledgeable. However, I think she could have touched base on a few things that I had to figure out myself about the machine and app. Maybe we were pressed for time, but it seemed we rushed through a few things.
Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Sarah did a great job of going over the fit and choice of headgear. Went thru all the settings and how to adjust them. I was very comfortable in working with her.
