Great service from the first phone call to the drop off and pick up. I’m not one to drop off my boat and trust that it will be fixed the right way. I have too many horror stories over the years. But these guys are good . I received daily calls and updates. Jason‘s troubleshooting was spot on and the follow up water test, reassured me.the boat was ready to be back in the water. Big mahalo to all the team at relatable marine.

Reliable Marine were awesome to work with. Even though my boat is only15 feet, they treated me as if I owned a 80ft yacht and provided exceptional customer service. They kept me up to date and gave me great advice on what I should do or shouldn't do to save money. I gave them a budget and they stuck to it, I'm happy with the staff and services at Reliable Marine and they will be my go to people to service my current boat and future boats!!
Tried to get my Yamaha 150 serviced at another marina and was given a 3 month wait. Reliable Marine got me in the next week and out in 2 days. Great service and communication with all the staff. Worth it for the drive to the North Shore and glad to have my Whaler back out on the water.
