As the name of this shop, Reliable Maintenance, my experience with this shop was price was fair & job was good. I concluded in one word, RELIABLE.
Kevin was a lifesaver!!! I needed my powder room pedestal sink disconnected for a floor job & I had reached out to someone else first. When they came out, I could tell they were just trying to include additional items to their invoice and what they quoted just didn't sound right. A few days later, I miraculously found Kevin & his business & he literally saved the day!! He came out the afternoon before the floor installation & had the sink out in less than 30 mins. Kevin was able to repair what seemed like an impossible job. His tenacity to see it through to “fixed” was remarkable. Excellent work. Considerate of the customer and their property.
Kevin was awesome! My dryer stopped working out of nowhere and after calling multiple different places requiring some sort of service charge, Kevin came out, gave me a quote without a cent needed, and got the job done! Definitely plan to get a hold of him again for other projects I need help with. Thanks again!
