They have the worst customer service and they require notarized signatures even just to get a copy of policy. They don’t speak any English. I asked to have a copy of policy mailed and they said they wouldn’t do that unless they have a notarized signature to request a copy from the company. Do not ever buy a life policy from them! They are thieves!!!
