My husband and I have worked with Alan for 18 years. He is wonderful. We have half a dozen friends who have bought gorgeous diamonds from him over the years. Found this place through a Reddit post raving them however that was so not my experience. Zero customer service skills, barely was greeted when I walked in and during the interaction both parties were so unfriendly and dismissive toward me. The woman acted like I was bothering her by coming in, no smile, not a warm customer service greeting to be found. (Coming from someone who worked in the jewelry industry while in college.) We arrived to look at watches for my husband. He was interested in an omega. He was wanting to see it and try it on, however, he was ignored. Sad to say, but i believe that if you don't match what they do, you will not feel welcome. Finks got that few bands, so it's all good.
