Yesterday Jose provided my spring system turn on. He checked if it was ok to arrive earlier than our set appointment time. Worked out well. We contacted Reliable Irrigation for a quote based on the recommendation from a landscaper who lives in our neighborhood. I called reliable irrigation for my normal irrigation system winterizing which typically costs $100. Upon completion of the work, I was told the charge was $145. When I questioned the reason for the substantial price increase, I was told they now charge $145 due to a new travel charge they added. This is a junk fee that should have been communicated as part of the quote.
