Very unprofessional company. I scheduled a system turn on an backflow testing. They only did the turn on and then offered to rebook the backlow. That's fine. She made me immediately pay for the service and 3 weeks later no booking or response. I told her the expiration data and she said she'd file an extension with the town if they couldn't make it in time. Guess what no extension submitted so I got a letter saying im in violation now. Do not use this company!!
Victor and his team did an outstanding job at installing a new irrigation system for us. Very professional and pleasant. The work was done efficiently, in addition to the lawn and sod that was worked on being replaced to the point of it being very difficult to notice the irrigation track that was just installed. The system worked perfectly on startup and Victor was excellent in taking us through the app and how the system is controlled. Office was very dishonest with pricing and timing. I also has two heads barely leaking water that were fixed without my consent. Had to pay a ridiculous amount for them and now they are leaking again.
