VERY, VERY ANGRY at this company, BEWARE. Our sprinkler system stopped working and we had Reliable Irrigation come out to give us an estimate to repair. They provided us with an estimate of $538 to fix the repair, which didn't seem terrible as the unit wasn't communicating with the sprinkler heads. I come home, and the unit that was in my garage was moved outside (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION). Just used Reliable for the first time to turn on sprinkler system and to address needed repairs. Jose D was great to work with. He communicated well with me and took the time to show me what he found. Did not pressure me for repair job - just stated what needed to be fixed and how he would suggest prioritizing if we didn't want to do everything.
