I have been with Reliable Agency for nearly 10 years. During this time, they dragged my insurance payment from $75 to $630 a month. The last time I inquired about why my insurance was consistently going up every time I had to renew, I was "reassigned" with a new agent, Jolene, who claimed to be a manager. She made a point of telling me that I was reassigned as if I would have known anyway, for as often as I am in contact with Reliable.
