Reliable Imports oh Raleigh,NC. I met with Lee Haywood on Friday to discuss fixing my GX470 suv. Lee told me the cost to fix my and he had the part in stock. We agreed on the price and I dropped my vehicle off on the following Monday.. this is when things took a bad turn. My vehicle set there for a week, without being fixed. I was very disappointed, was such an unprofessional way to treat a long standing customer. After purchasing a 2nd generation Acura MDX I needed to change the timing belt since there was no history of it ever being done. Reliable Imports was awesome! They got my SUV in fast and then even accommodated my delay in picking it up later than when I initially needed it back. The price was amazing and the entire staff was fun, friendly and so down to earth. Any future repairs to my SUV will be made here. Highly recommend giving them a try.
