Had many HVAC folks over the years and these folks are my go to. They're affordable, flexible and most of all, listen. I get we can get pretty worked up over AC in Houston, but these folks are calm and professional. They've serviced/installed 3 units over 10 years in my home and garage apartment and are the only people I call.

Gave us an appointment slot because our AC was out. House was at 90 degrees and we have a toddler and I'm pregnant so it was pretty vital we had someone coming out. Texted my fiancé an hour before to let him know he wasn't going to be able to come out. Reliable my butt. Just bad business practice. He was all good to come out until he heard we had a home warranty to go through and then he wanted nothing to do with us.
