Horrible and frustrating to work with. I don't know how they are still in business. If you use them you will need a lot of patience. Poor communication with scheduling and directing their staff. They missed my appointment even they called me to confirm the appointment 4 hours ahead of time and I called back to reschedule, but never answered my phone calls. Although one of the calls was answered, I heard people were talking on the background, but no body was talking to me. They relate horribly with customers.

Bad customer service. Bad attitude when you ask simple question how much will it cost ?? Really ?? Stay away if you can and use someone else to do cleaning. Never again!!!
