I bought a home from them, and it turned out to be a home that was bought on auction from the government and was deemed uninhabitable and supposed to be sold for scrap or recreation only. It was one of the ones that made the residents sick after fema provided them to the survivors of hurricane katrina because it had dangerous levels of formaldehyde.
