I contacted Reliable Home Care to accompany me to a medical procedure. I spoke with Darlene, who was one of the kindest, most caring and compassionate person I've ever met. She eased my fears and anxiety about the whole thing and followed up to make sure I had been taken care of. The lady who came to pick me up was lovely, too. I gave her a shopping list for emergency medical supplies and she shopped for me, drove me to Concordia Hospital, waited for me while I had my procedure and drove me home.
