These guys were great to deal with in February 2022 when I had two heat pumps installed. Service was quick and professional, price was competitive, and they offered a good warranty. Unfortunately, as of March 2023, barely a year after installation, my upstairs unit has failed and I can't get anyone at Reliable to pick up the phone or even answer a voicemail. Great food, clean and fresh
Don't use them oh sorry they are done didn't finish the install let's start a class action lawsuit or do we need guns to get results contacted a lawyer
We had them come a few months ago and they serviced our furnace and were fantastic. Our furnace is on the fritz again (it’s old, not a testament to their servicing it), and I can’t get anyone to pick up the phone, nor answer my voicemail (left a week ago).
Every call made to these guys gets handled with absolute professionalism and punctuality. I’ve had nothing but good service from Relaible highly recommend!
